Due Diligence
It is one thing to get a property under contract. It is quite another to verify that the information that
formed the basis for your decision is correct. As owners and managers of commercial real estate, we have our
own in-house teams of due diligence professionals who are adept at cutting through and clarifying all of the
pertinent information relating to critical underpinnings of the subject real estate. Every aspect of the
property will be reviewed; accounting, lease analysis, financial analysis, how the asset ranks with regards
to other comparable assets in the market, third party studies (Physical inspection, Environmental, Appraisal),
survey, municipality compliance. Whether it is for our own real estate funds
(Main Street Real Estate Funds) or for your own acquisition needs, be assured that our experienced teams will verify that your decision to
acquire the assets in the first place was the right decision all along.
Asset Management
As important as the buy-side strategy is, it is equally important to have an eye on the exit strategy.
With this in mind, our in-house asset management department is staffed with experienced asset managers who
have experience with many different asset classifications. Issues such as establishing the proper tenant mix,
placing appropriate debt/equity structures to maximize future value, as well as maintaining the asset value
through appropriate and timely capital expenditures, are critical in the ownership lifespan of commercial real
estate. Maintaining and augmenting asset value is at the heart of our asset management objectives.
Partnership Capitalization

different partnership capitalization structures such as take-out equity, mezzanine financing, bridge financing,
